Shipping policy
We strive to deliver your order within the timeframe agreed upon at purchase. However, please note that delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. While we aim to ship your items as quickly as possible, we shall not be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses resulting from late delivery.
If you are unavailable to receive your order, a delivery card may be left with instructions for re-delivery or collection from the courier’s nearest branch.
You can track your order using the tracking ID provided in the shipment confirmation email. As a precaution, please keep your delivery receipt for reference.
Domestic Delivery (Malaysia)
Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes:

West Malaysia: 2-3 business days

East Malaysia: 4-5 business days

International Shipping: 1-2 weeks
Note: During peak periods or holidays, delivery may take longer than usual (more than 5 business days).
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items will be shipped within 7-14 days from the date of purchase (domestic), 14-21 days (international), unless otherwise stated on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available.
If you prefer to receive in-stock items earlier, please place them in a separate order.
International Delivery
Customs, Import Taxes & Duties
Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees vary by country and are not included in your order total. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be settled upon delivery.
Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

Processing may take up to 2 working days as our team prepares your order for shipment.

Taxation & Duties

All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning taxes and duties are not collected at checkout.

Customs authorities may require us to declare the order value on the package and may delay or deny release depending on local regulations.

Taxes, VAT, and duties are determined solely by your local government and are based on item value, material, and destination.

Certain countries may charge additional fees upon delivery (COD for customs clearance), which are the customer’s responsibility.
Currency Conversion
All prices displayed on our site are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The final amount charged to your card will be based on the currency shown at checkout. Exchange rates are determined by your card issuer and may slightly differ from current rates.
Tracking Information
Please allow at least one (1) working day after your order has shipped for tracking information to update online. If your tracking details are not available or your delivery appears delayed, kindly contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
Unsuccessful Delivery
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Please note that:
